DFH .net, .com, and .ca domain transfer causes customer outage

The DFH .net, .com, and .ca domains were due for renewal and it was decided that we should move to a trusted Canadian domain registrar Domainsatcost.ca. During the transfer the old registrar cancelled the domains (something they are not supposed to do) corrupting the DNS records for the DFH name servers. This corruption is making the name servers unreachable for some leaving some customers without a reliable connection to the internet. We have been in contact with Domainsatcost.ca to try to resolve this issue and will keep posting updates as they come.
