     <description>From the early morning April 21st until late at night April 23rd the Amazon Cloud suffered a massive outage at their Virginia data center. This is the location where our shared hosting server is located and as such this outage disrupted service for most all of our customers. This server is now back in operation and functioning normally.</description>

     <description>We are currently working with our data service provider to rectify this service outage. The mail server itself is up and running but due to a connectivity issue (most likely a programming error) no mail is being sent out.</description>

     <description>Server maintenance on DFH#4 has been completed with the upgrading of MySQL to 5.1 and PHP to 5.3.3 (latest stable versions). The upgrade did take longer than anticipated but in the end provided a measurable performance improvement on the server.</description>

     <description>June 14th was the day for some routine mail server maintenance that ended up causing mail interruption and the spam filtering software to lock up. The maintenance cleared over 600,000 backed up spam mails from the server.</description>

     <description>During the routine maintenance a session file for Plesk has become &quot;locked&quot; and at the moment is unchangeable. As such Plesk cannot be started on the server.</description>
